12月14日上午，清华-力拓资源能源与可持续发展联合研究中心成立十周年学术座谈会成功举办。作为对清华力拓中心成立十周年的献礼，清华力拓中心特别编制的《中国资源能源与可持续发展——金属碳中和战略研究专题报告》在会上正式发布。

问题，持续开展研究工作。本报告是清华力拓中心《中国资源能源可持续发展》系列报告之一，值中心10周年之际特别发布。
Tsinghua-Rio Tinto Joint Research Centre for Resources, Energy and Sustainable Development (The Joint Centre of Tsinghua-Rio Tinto) launched the flagship project Carbon Neutrality in the Metal Industry in phase III cooperation, focusing on key issues in the low-carbon transition of industries such as steel and non-ferrous metals, to carry out continuous research work. This report is one of the Centre's series of reports, "China's Resources, Energy and Sustainable Development", released on the occasion of the Centre's 10th anniversary.
报告以金属碳中和为主线，展示了关于钢铁、有色金属等行业的
政策行动措施、产能布局优化、低碳技术评估、核算方法改进等多方面问题、多学科交叉视角下的研究认识，将有助读者综合理解全球气候变化背景下资源、能源与可持续发展中金属碳中和这一重要议题，从而为相关政策制定和行动实施提供参考。
The report focuses on carbon neutrality in the metal industry, and presents the research understanding from a multidisciplinary perspective on various issues such as policy action measures, capacity layout optimization, low-carbon technology assessment, and accounting method improvement in the steel and non-ferrous metals industries. This will help readers understand the important issue of metal carbon neutrality in resources, energy and sustainable development in the global climate change landscape, and thus provide references for relevant policy formulation and action, as well as a reference for policy formulation and implementation.
