An extraordinary meeting of the EU’s 27 environment ministers has been scheduled for Nov. 4 to seek an agreement on the bloc’s 2040 climate target and its updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) to the Paris Agreement, the Danish EU Council Presidency announced on Friday.
